Hi, I'm Jon and I like to build technology that changes lives.

AboutPreviously, I led engineering teams at Affirm building the next generation of financial technology within our new product accelerator. We built the first version of Debit+ and then a crypto product. Prior to that, I led the Solutions Architecture function defining and building new technology and integrations for the biggest retailers in the world. It was a blast going from 400 to 2400 employees in ~3 years! Before Affirm, I spent 1.5 years at Engagio (acquired by Demandbase).I graduated from UC Berkeley with a major in Cognitive Science (concentration in Computational Modeling and Data Science). I love combining my business and software engineering skills and interests to solve complex problems.In my free time, I enjoy martial arts, going to the gym, spending time with my wife, friends and family, and making (and eating) too much peanut butter.I also own + invest in businesses at Window Ventures.

1. I love helping engineers find fulfilling careers in the tech industry.
